Warranty

Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality:

To return an item, contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery via email at info@evlaidai.lt or call +37060138140. Items can only be returned after prior notification and agreement regarding the return.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and fully assembled. If the item is not returned in full assembly, is not properly packaged, or if the packaging is torn, broken, or otherwise damaged, we or our representative will not be able to accept the returned item.

When returning a defective item, we are obligated to accept it and replace it with an identical item. If we do not have an identical item available, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. The refund will be transferred to you within 2 business days. If the return rules are violated, the refund will not be issued.
Shipping/delivery costs for exchanged or returned goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the item itself will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

All items sold are covered by a 24-month warranty.

Exceptions when the warranty does not apply to items:

• Items that have mechanical damage after purchase;
• Items that were used improperly;
• Items that malfunction due to Force majeure (fire, flood), power surges, etc.
