RULES
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) constitute an agreement between MB Evlaidai, legal entity code 306235734, registered address: Rožių g. 9C, LT-14166 Antežerių k., Zujūnų sen., Vilnius district (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and You, under which the Seller provides You with the opportunity to purchase goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) offered in the online store at https://www.evlaidai.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).

If you are under 18 years of age, you may purchase in the Online Store only with the consent of your parents or other legal representatives. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older or have the consent of your parents or legal representatives.
PURCHASING IN THE ONLINE STORE
When you visit the Online Store and select Goods, a cart is created based on your selection.
After forming the cart, you must enter the details necessary for the delivery of the selected Goods. Ensure that the information provided is correct and that the ordered Goods meet your requirements. You can correct any errors, if present, before confirming the order. Your provided data is processed for the purposes and procedures specified in the Privacy Policy.
By placing an order in the Online Store, you agree to pay the price indicated in the order for the Goods. The price of the Goods indicated in the Online Store and in the order includes all taxes but does not include the shipping fee, which you must pay additionally (unless otherwise specified in the Online Store). Prices in the Online Store and orders are indicated in Euros.
You can pay for the Goods using the following methods: online banking, bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods specified in the Online Store.
Payment must be made immediately after placing the order.
Once you confirm your order, the Seller receives all the information about it. The order is considered placed from the moment the Seller receives it. At that time, a contract is deemed concluded between you and the Seller. However, the Seller is obligated to fulfill such a contract only from the moment the Seller receives confirmation of payment from the payment service provider for the Goods.
After placing an order, an email will be sent to the email address you provided, specifying the ordered Goods and your provided information.
Upon receiving confirmation of your payment for the ordered Goods, the Seller commits to fulfilling your order.
PRODUCT FEATURES AND QUALITY
The features of the Goods are specified in the Online Store next to each product description. The Seller strives to ensure that the Goods comply with the requirements set forth in legal acts and are suitable for their intended use.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept that the Goods listed in the Online Store may differ in color, shape, or other parameters from their actual size, shape, and color due to the characteristics or settings of your monitor or other devices. Such differences will not be considered defects of the Goods, except in cases where discrepancies are caused by actions of the Seller or associated third parties.
The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods that comply with the information provided in the product description in the Online Store. The Seller also commits to supplying the assortment and quantity of Goods specified in your order; however, the Seller is not responsible if the assortment or quantity of delivered Goods is inaccurate due to incorrect information provided by you in the order submitted to the Seller.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
When ordering Goods, you must select a delivery method and provide a delivery address. Delivery is available through courier services or parcel lockers.
You can also pick up the Goods yourself at the address: Rožių g. 9C, LT-14166 Antežerių k., Zujūnų sen., Vilnius district.
Please note that the indicated delivery or pickup times are approximate. While we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, preparation may take longer due to a high volume of orders or the workload of delivery service providers. The Seller will always inform you of the delivery status; please monitor this information. Once the shipment is sent, you can track it using the tracking number in the delivery service provider's system.
If you find that an item is missing from your shipment upon receipt, notify the Seller immediately.
Goods are delivered packaged appropriately for their nature to ensure they are suitable for their intended use.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Withdrawal from the Contract within 14 Days (Applicable to Consumers Only)
If you purchase from the Online Store as a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession (consumer purposes)), you have the right to return Goods purchased in the Online Store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received the item. This can be done without specifying a reason (i.e., by exercising your right to withdraw from a distance contract granted by Lithuanian and European Union laws).
If you withdraw from the contract, the returned Goods must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging, undamaged, and in their original condition. We will consider this requirement fulfilled if you have only performed actions necessary to evaluate the Goods, similar to what you would do when inspecting the Goods in a physical store.
To exercise this right, you must notify the Seller by email no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the Goods and attach proof of purchase. You can use the sample return notification form available here.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you must return the Goods to the Seller immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you notified the Seller about the return by email. The deadline will be met if you send the Goods before the end of the 14 (fourteen) day period. You will bear the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller.
If you withdraw from the contract, the Seller is obliged to refund all the money you paid for the Goods and their delivery to your specified bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Seller is informed about your return. However, the Seller may delay the refund until the returned Goods are received (unless the Seller decides otherwise at its discretion).
Wholesalers and other buyers who purchase from the Online Store for non-consumer purposes are not entitled to withdraw from the contract unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with the Seller.
Faulty Goods
Goods are covered by a statutory warranty under Lithuanian laws. The Seller is responsible for any non-compliance of the Goods with quality requirements at the time of delivery, which becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
If the Goods purchased from the Online Store are faulty, you have the right to request, in accordance with the law and within the specified terms, that the Seller rectify the defects free of charge or replace the faulty Goods with Goods of acceptable quality. In cases defined by law, you may also request a price reduction or a refund for the Goods.
If you believe the Goods purchased from the Online Store are faulty and have identified defects, you must notify the Seller by email no later than two months after detecting the defect. When reporting a faulty product, provide a detailed description of where and when the defect occurred, attach photos of the Goods and the defect, and include any other relevant information that will help identify the issue.
The buyer's rights related to faulty Goods are implemented in accordance with Articles 6.364(1)-6.364(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The trademarks and other designations used for the Goods belong to the Seller and/or other persons and are protected by law. All intellectual property rights to the Goods and their individual components also belong to the Seller and/or other persons.
Trademarks and logos used in the Online Store, the domain name, the Online Store itself, the website where it is hosted, as well as all their individual elements, including texts, photos, drawings, and all materials in the Online Store and website, along with the presentation, appearance, and design of any Online Store or website page, and all intellectual property rights therein, exclusively belong to the Seller and/or other persons. You agree not to copy, modify, or otherwise use these intellectual property objects without the written consent of the rights holder.
LIABILITY
The Seller's liability for the quality and delivery of the Goods is determined by applicable laws.
You must provide the Seller with accurate and complete requested information. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address for the Goods.
You are responsible for the security of your username, password, or other details that allow you to log in to the Online Store. However, if you notice unauthorized use of your username and password, notify the Seller immediately.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
The Seller may change these Rules from time to time. The latest (current) version of the Rules will always be visible and available in the Online Store. Before confirming an order, you must review the version of the Rules applicable at that time. Each order will be governed by the Rules effective at the time of confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to discontinue (terminate) the Online Store's operations at any time. Such termination will not affect the validity of purchase contracts in effect at the time.
OTHER CONDITIONS
These Rules and any purchase contract must be concluded and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these Rules or any purchase contract, including their breach, termination, or validity issues, are resolved in Lithuanian courts under Lithuanian law. All warnings or other notifications related to purchasing in the Online Store or these Rules will be provided via email (to the Seller at the email address specified at the beginning of the Rules and to you at the email address provided during the order).
If any provision of these Rules is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Rules were updated on December 10, 2024.These Rules were created using the business document preparation tool Dokas. All copyright to the Rules belongs to Dokas legal, MB, which grants MB Evlaidai the right to use the Rules in the Online Store at https://www.evlaidai.lt/. Copying or otherwise using the Rules or parts of them without the written consent of Dokas legal, MB, is prohibited. All conditions of the granted rights are specified in Section 2 of Dokas Rules. Personal data is processed as described in Dokas privacy policy.
